1. When Will My Order Ship?
Once orders are placed please allow 2-5 days for processing and 1-2 weeks for shipping. Shipping time MAY extend due to the pandemic and limited staff at the USPS post office.
2. What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Please contact us directly through the email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will then assess the damage and discuss if another shipment will be necessary. Order number and photos of the damaged product must be provided before another shipment is made.
3. Do You Ship Internationally?
YES we do! We just began shipping worldwide so we sincerely appreciate your patience with us during delivery time. International shipping can occasionally take up to 3 weeks due to the pandemic but rest assured that we will do whatever it takes to make sure your order arrives to your doorstep in one piece.
4. What if Something I Want Is Out Of Stock?
Please contact us through the email [email protected] and let us know which item you are interested in. If/when enough interest is expressed about that particular product we will happily restock and inform you and the 2LD followers through Instagram stories/posts.
5. Do You Accept Returns?
All sales are final. Please double check your order and address in its entirety before finalizing it. We do not accept cancellations or returns once they have been placed and finalized.
